It is with sad news that we announce the passing of long time AOA member Wayne Endicott.  Wayne began his officiating career in 1962 officiating football, basketball and track.  Wayne worked the IHSA football state finals in 1988. 1989 and 1993.  He worked with the same crew for over 700 games and was on the first crew to ever work a state final with five officials in Illinois.  Wayne also officiated numerous track regionals, sectionals, and state finals.  In addition, he was president of the football division and crew chief of the Chicago Bears chain crew.  A memorial service for Wayne will be held Thursday, July 3rd at 11:00am:
